About the Lifetime Warranty

BONAVENTURA products come with a lifetime warranty. (Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for more details.) By registering your warranty, you can enjoy the following lifetime warranty services. For purchases made through our official online shop or directly operated stores while logged in as a registered member, the warranty registration is completed automatically. For purchases made at other stores or while not logged in, please have the warranty card included with your product ready and complete the warranty registration via the designated link.

Our lifetime warranty offers after-sales services such as repairs exclusively for customers who purchase products through BONAVENTURA.

Hard Case Replacement for Diary Cases

BONAVENTURA offers lifetime coverage for the hard case portion of diary cases designed to hold smartphones. As long as the leather remains usable, we will replace the hard case free of charge as many times as needed.

Note:

Replacement may not be possible if your phone model is no longer manufactured.
Since the hard case replacement can be done at home, we offer a hard case replacement kit that you can order and use yourself.
If you prefer to have us handle the replacement, the repair period will be approximately two weeks.

Other Repairs

If you encounter any issues or defects with your product, please contact us via the repair request form. We offer free repairs for defects that occur within two years of purchase and are due to company-related causes.

However, please note that repairs will be charged in the following cases, even within the warranty period:

Damage caused by misuse, such as excessive impact or force, or negligence
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or repairs conducted by non-BONAVENTURA parties

The warranty period for ribbon scarves is one year, but we are happy to discuss any issues beyond the warranty period.

Depending on the condition, design, and materials of the product, repairs may not be possible, or replacement parts may differ from the original specifications. In such cases, we may not be able to meet your specific requests.
