Shipping policy

A. Shipping fees

We deliver all orders on bonaventura.com safe and fast with DHL & DHL Express (tracking number included) to the following countries under the following conditions:

Shipping fees are based on our standard rates listed below. However, the exact shipping cost for your selected destination and currency will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Within Italy:

  • € 5.00 per order

Other EU countries:

  • € 10.00 per order

Worldwide shipping:

  • € 35.00 per order

Please find below the countries that we currently do not ship to: 

  • Kosovo
  • Moldova
  • Macedonia
  • Vatican City

We ship all orders with Incoterms DDP (Delivery, Duties Paid): this means, every shipment we send out includes all taxes and duties. Customers are not required to pay any additional fees or taxes or duties on their orders. 

B. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind or preference):
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. BONAVENTURA will not provide a return label. Our Customer Service team will provide the return address so that the item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Company-related returns (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item):
    BONAVENTURA will provide a return label and cover the return shipping cost.

C. Delivery time

Our orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from our logistics partner. Regarding orders for products which are in stock, within Italy you can expect to receive your order 1-3 business days after dispatch, for the rest of the EU 4-7 business days and worldwide up to 7 days after the order is dispatched.

Inside the EU we ship safe and fast with DHL & DHL Express (tracking number included) and if necessary with selected partners outside EU borders.

However, please note that pre-orders for products which are not yet in stock will be shipped on or around the estimated shipping date which is displayed on each product page.

D. Shipment tracking

Once your shipment is assigned a tracking number, we will notify you by e-mail. 

Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for DHL or DHL Express to update the status of the shipment.
