BONAVENTURA Membership Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Membership

A “Member” is defined as an individual who agrees to these terms and completes the registration process as specified by the company. “Member Information” refers to information provided by the member regarding their personal attributes and transaction history with the company. These terms apply to all members and are to be followed during registration and throughout the membership period.


Article 2: Registration

BONAVENTURA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles personal information collected during membership registration in accordance with its [Privacy Policy].

  • Purpose of Use of Personal Information: Contacting members, product delivery, and providing various information.

As a rule, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent. However, member information may be disclosed without consent in the following cases:

  1. When disclosure is required by law.
  2. When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, or reputation.

Member information is managed under the Company’s commitment to personal information protection and is used to provide services, improve service quality, promote service use, and ensure smooth operations. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members through email newsletters or other methods. Members who do not wish to receive such information may opt out by following the prescribed procedure. However, information necessary for service operations cannot be stopped at the member’s request.

For inquiries about personal information, including requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, or refusal of use, please contact us through the inquiry form. We may record access information, such as domain names, IP addresses, and visited pages, using browser cookies, but this information does not identify individual users.


Article 3: Membership Eligibility and Registration

Customers who agree to these terms and complete the prescribed membership application process will be granted membership after completing the registration process. Members must personally complete the registration. Registrations made by proxies are not accepted. The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications from individuals whose membership was previously revoked or deemed unsuitable.

During registration, members must provide accurate information using the designated input form and follow any instructions regarding the input process. Special characters, old kanji, and Roman numerals cannot be used in registration and will be modified by the Company if entered.

Password Management:
Members are responsible for managing their passwords and must not transfer or lend them to third parties. Passwords should be changed regularly to ensure security. The Company considers any statements made using a member’s password as statements made by the member, and any resulting obligations are the responsibility of the member.


Article 4: Changes to Member Information

If any changes occur to the information provided during registration (e.g., name, address), members must promptly inform the Company. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from failure to update information. Transactions initiated before changes are registered will be conducted based on the previously registered information.


Article 5: Membership Cancellation

Members wishing to cancel their membership must complete the prescribed cancellation procedure. Membership will be canceled upon completion of the procedure, and personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period.


Article 6: Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages

The Company reserves the right to revoke a member’s membership if they provide false information during registration, fail to meet payment obligations, or are deemed inappropriate as members. Members are liable for any damages caused by the following:

  1. Unauthorized use of membership numbers or passwords
  2. Altering website information or sending harmful programs to disrupt operations
  3. Infringing on the Company’s intellectual property rights
  4. Violating these terms and conditions

Article 7: Prohibited Activities

Members are prohibited from engaging in the following:

  1. Violating laws, these terms, or guidelines for service use
  2. Damaging the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or third parties
  3. Engaging in activities that may negatively affect youth or public order
  4. Harassing or causing discomfort to other users or third parties
  5. Providing false information
  6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails
  7. Gaining unauthorized access to Company systems
  8. Sharing passwords with third parties
  9. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 8: Service Suspension or Interruption

The Company may suspend or interrupt services without prior notice for the following reasons:

  1. Scheduled or emergency system maintenance
  2. System overload
  3. System issues caused by fires, power outages, or external interference
  4. Other situations where system suspension is deemed necessary

Article 9: Prohibition of Rights Transfer

Members may not transfer their membership status or any associated rights or obligations to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.


Article 10: Service Changes and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate all or part of the services at its discretion without prior notice.


Article 11: Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for damages incurred due to service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by communication failures or system issues. Additionally, the Company does not guarantee that its website or communications are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from violations of these terms by members.


Article 12: Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.


Article 13: Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to revise these terms or establish supplementary terms at its discretion. Revised or supplementary terms will become effective once posted on the Company’s designated site. Members agree to comply with the updated terms.


Article 14: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of disputes related to these terms, the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the Company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
