Shipping & Delivery
We ship all over the world.
However please note that we currently do not ship to: Kosovo, Moldova, Macedonia and Vatican City.
It depends on where you are. Orders with shipping addresses within Italy take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas shipments can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy. This gives you a chance to test your product, and if it's not right for you, you can return or exchange it.
As to not create any more costs for you, please contact our Support Team at service@mybonaventura.com and we will assist you in creating a return label.
Please let us know the reason for your return in order for us to improve our products in the future.

Noblessa leather is an embossed calf leather with a classic crossgrain which boasts a uniformly structured surface with an elegant two-tone look. Learn more about Noblessa leather.

BONAVENTURA products are covered with a lifetime warranty. It is a system that provides after-sales services, such as repairs. We will repair any defects caused by our company within two years of purchase, free of charge.
If you register for the warranty, you can receive the following lifetime warranty services:
- If you shop on the official online shop or directly managed store while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be completed automatically.
- If you shop at a store other than the above or when you are not logged in as a member, please prepare the warranty card that comes with the product and register the warranty here.
If you require a replacement or repair of a product, please note that the repair period will take approximately two weeks.
