Warranty Registration
If you wish to use our after-sales service, please read our warranty policy and register your warranty after purchase via the provided link. For purchases made through our official online shop or directly operated stores while logged in as a registered member, the warranty registration is completed automatically.
For purchases made at other stores or while not logged in, please have the warranty card included with your product ready and complete the warranty registration via the designated link.

- Replacement of the hard case (the phone attachment part) in diary cases
Note:
- The possibility of repair or replacement, as well as the determination of whether the service will be free or charged, depends on the condition and usage of the product.
- Products purchased outside official BONAVENTURA stores are not covered by the warranty (e.g., Amazon outlets, second-hand sales sites).
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, returns and exchanges are limited to defective products.
For online purchases:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The return shipment must be arranged within 30 days of purchase.
Note:
- Products that have been in your possession for more than 30 days or are not in their original condition upon delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Due to the natural characteristics of leather, there may be inherent marks, wrinkles, scars, or variations in pattern placement and size. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
